Return Period:
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Terms:

The product must be unused and in resalable condition.

It must be returned in its original packaging and with all accessories.

Personalized hygiene products, or opened cosmetics cannot be returned.

Return Process:

Create a request with your order number to support@alavnagifthub.shop.

A confirmation email with the return address will be sent to you.

You will receive a refund within 5 business days after we receive the product.

Shipping Fee:

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility (except for defective items).

We will cover all costs for shipping defective or incorrect items.
